Member Solutions Advisor - Collections

We are seeking a Member Solutions Advisor - Collections for the Western Region Member Solution Department.

What You Will Do…



* Monitor member accounts and identify overdue payments


* Contact members for processing payments


* Research and investigate historical data related to the member’s account


* Update account status records and collection efforts

Experience:

    Required


* 1-2 years of collection experience in consumer finance

Education:

    Required


* High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Preferred


* College degree or coursework in the business field

Licenses & Certifications:

    Required


* Requires eligibility to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry

    Preferred


* NMLS registered

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required


* Working knowledge of credit, collection, and bankruptcy laws and regulations


* Strong written and verbal communication skills


* Strong sales-oriented negotiating and decision-making skills


* PC skills to include word processing and spreadsheet applications

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm 

Salary Range: $25.19/Hour to $26.89/Hour

Flexibility:  In office, on site; not remote or hybrid

Level of Work: 1C
