Associate Training Specialist (Remote - Florida)

Maximus is currently hiring for an Associate Training Specialist to support our Florida Healthy Kids team.

This is a remote opportunity open to Florida residents.

The Associate Training Specialist is responsible for maintaining current training content, supporting training content improvement, module improvement, facilitate training, and identifying training trends or gaps.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and deliver Training Programs on an ongoing basis.

- Assist in reviewing, evaluating, and modifying existing and proposed programs.

- Schedule training sessions and ensure facility setup, audiovisual setup, and employee notification.

- Assist in the development of a means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs through testing, feedback surveys, evaluation tools and/or other assessment tools.

- Maintain detailed records for staff training.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience in Articulate 360 required.
- Experience in Adobe creative cloud preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft applications required.

- Experience supporting the Florida Healthy Kids project preferred.
- Florida Residency required.
