MFG PROJECT MAKE FINANCE MANAGER

Serve as the Project Make financial owner.

Manage all user support, cross-functional and manufacturing project coordination, accounting close, and Oracle GL ownership.

Implementuser support standards, enforcingclosing timelines and checklists, and ensuringdataintegrity across multiple platforms that feed the financial reporting systems.

Provide thought leadership and direction to the functional and manufacturing leads.

* Bachelor's Degree in accounting, information management, computer/information science, supply chain, business administration or related; or equivalent experience


* 5+ years of experience working with financial systems


* Ability to lead project work with contacts outside the department and company


* Ability to articulate and present financial systems requirements in a clear fashion to both business and manufacturing audiences


* Excellent oral/written communication skills


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results


* Ability to analyze complex data and present effective reports


* Strong leadership skills

* Any manufacturing and retail environment experience


* Any experience with Oracle product suite and Hyperion Essbase


* Knowledge of business intelligence concepts, including ETL, report delivery strategies, dashboards, master data management, data architecting, analytics, data warehousing and metadata management


* Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships



* Oversee change process on business outcomes relating to financial systems; lead period review meetings with business leadership for process improvements


* Own all project management, support, validations, interfaces, KPIs, closing management, and account reconciliations
