As a Specialist, Customer Care in Last Mile at RXO, you will handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and SMS texts for a specific account to ensure that routes and deliveries are scheduled appropriately.

This position works with our market managers, carriers, and client representatives.

What your day-to-day will look like:


* Route monitoring/dispatching


* Order management (same day, unassigned)


* Provide excellent customer service to assigned client stores



* Record thorough notes with attention to detail in our system(s)


* Communicate with customers and internal associates utilizing technology and problem-solving skills

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


* 1 year of related work experience



* Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and other business-related applications

It’d be great if you also have:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* 2 + years in a Call Center or Route Monitoring/Dispatch environment


* Proficient computer skills



* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Ability to exercise appropriate judgment, especially with upward communication
