As an Algorithm Engineer , you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role in XRM (X-ray Microscopy).

Here's what you'll do:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


* Actively drive innovation in your area through sound understanding of relevant challenges and a high level of creativity.


* Collaborate with other scientists and engineers on algorithm development in the field of x-ray microscopy and CT.


* Design, implement, test and validate algorithms on relevant tools.


* Research, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.


* Support algorithm hardware integration & support through the entire product lifecycle, including troubleshooting existing technologies with new hardware generations.


* Support implementation & deployment of algorithmic solutions.


* Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and communicate with project teams.


* Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.


* Support visiting students and interns.

Do you qualify?

Experience and Education Requirements:


* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (PhD Preferred).


* Relevant experience in algorithm development in a scientific environment.


* Preferred: 1+ years experience with X-Ray Microscopes and CT applications and tomographic imaging.


* A strong background in computational imaging, computer vision and / or machine learning.


* Experience with programming languages and tools such as Python, C++, CUDA, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MS Azure


* Ability to work independently and self-motivated


* Strong communication skills, including presentation skills.


* Willingness to work in a diverse global team.

The annual pay range for this position is $111,000 - $138,000

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.

This position is also eligible for a performance bonus or sales commissions.
