Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsible for:

+ Drive and maintain QMS of suppliers to meet SSQM requirements

+ Deploy quality control plan for all family products at suppliers.

+ Manage performance of suppliers.

+ Deploy robust process at supplier

Supplier Quality Management.

+ Manage QMS of supplier.

Build audit program, Implement regular audit on QMS system.
Review control plan, process of all products that are shipped to SEMV and SEMV's customer.
Review status of non-conformities of system.

+ Monitor supplier performance.

Regular review performance of supplier (DPMe, SIO, complaints, continuous improvement, change process...)
Regular review the performance of product requirements on potential products.

+ Deploy the Schneider Supplier Quality development

Training/guide for supplier apply tools, programme that require by SE.

+ Work with supplier and related functions to address quality issues in suppliers relevant to components provided.

Follow up G8D / supplier complaints

+ Apply PPEP process at suppliers.

Qualifications

Education: Industrial/ Mechanic/ Electric major university graduated

High maturity and experienced in supplier Quality Management especially 5 Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) (> 3-year experience)

Good in leading people and good in follow up Quality problem solving for supplier issues.

Good consultancies and good quality robust process/ program deployment for suppliers

Experience in quality control on production and project are the advantageous.

Business Understanding: Electronic/Molding / Process and system Audit/ Risk Assessment / Project management
Others (e.g.

language skills, technical skills): English - advance level
Teamwork, Can-do attitude and result oriented
