We are looking for a Head of E2E web experience to help us easy the journey for our customer in the digital world.

We are looking for a Head of Mobile Experience to join our the WEB and Mobile team who is passionate about building the future journey of our full mobile experience.

You will be a strategic mobile experience & commercial leader taking ownership for the transformation of our mobile landscape.

As a strategic digital leader you will be responsible for establishing our longterm vision, mission and strategy.

You will ensure our mobile portofolio and experience is customer experience first powered by our brand.

As we move to true unified commerce experience you will make sure Mobile journey will be seamless with web on a desktop, tablet and mobile.

At our core we help the Schneider Electric Business Units accelerate their business and deliver innovation.

We drive innovation acceleration through understanding user insights and business needs from ideation to launch.

In practice, we bring the capabilities to support BU offer service creation from end to end, including user research, marketing, product design, technology, IT, cloud services, connectivity, data science, and more.

mySchneider App :


* Manage the app value proposition for mobile first customers and partners


* Drive and keep the consistency between app and web


* Work with operations to deploy the app and have a data driven approach


* Manage the relation with the SD development team


* Leverage mySchneider app as a craddle to converge mobile experience

Mobile XP :


* Define and advise on the most appropriate way to engage customer and partners through mobile phone


* Drive app portfolio concentration and rationalization to simplify customer's mobile experience


* Lead super-app experience and extend beyond whatsapp experience


* Coordinate with Customer Engagement team to propose best-in class messaging experience

Qualifications

This job might be for you if you have:

• Have an impressive background in executing global business-to-business (B2B) Ecommerce, Brand marketing, digital transformations and marketing automation with the mobile space

• Demonstrate experience in managing and successfully delivering a major mobile site and apps rebuild and rebrand
