Client Manager

Role Overview:

As a Client Manager at Schneider Electric, you will:



* Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the main contact for a specific client portfolio.


* Organize client meetings, leveraging internal resources, preparing necessary materials, and delivering presentations to various client levels.


* Develop and execute a client strategy, ensuring delivery of customer commitments and adherence to key performance metrics.


* Lead negotiations and manage client contract renewals to both secure revenue growth and assist clients in achieving their sustainability objectives.


* Work with sales to showcase Schneider Electric's offerings and identify potential solutions for clients.


* Become an expert on your clients' business operations, sustainability goals, key personnel, and industry challenges.


* Master and instruct clients on the use of Schneider Electric's Resource Advisor software.


* Be willing to travel up to 15% of the time.

* A history of delivering outstanding customer service, both internally and externally.

* Sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.


* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


* Digital Proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to employ AI tools for enhanced efficiency.
