Georgia-Pacific's Dixie® Consumer Products division is seeking a qualified safety-oriented individuals to join our team at the Lexington, KY manufacturing operation as a Forklift Driver.

This is a highly-skilled hourly position requiring a thorough understanding of safe work practices, computer skills, and forklift operating.

Pay for these roles start at $23.32 per hour.

Our Team

Georgia-Pacific's Lexington facility uses state of the art innovation and technology to manufacture Dixie® Cups.

Dixie is a brand of choice and is widely used in homes and businesses across the country.

Our team works 12-hour shifts.

Must be flexible to work during days and/or nights.

No shift is guaranteed.

What You Will Do


* Conduct daily pre-start checklist on equipment


* Conduct inventories and maintain warehouse space in an orderly and efficient manner


* Load finished goods on truck/trailers


* Unload and put away raw materials and supplies from truck/trailers and railcars


* Deliver materials to departments needed for order processing


* Operate a forklift in a traffic congested environment


* Communicate with Radio


* Operate tablet/scan gun


* Perform housekeeping duties


* Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations including wearing PPE (personal protective equipment)

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Minimum of two (2) years of forklift experience


* Experience using computers and radio equipment

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience using mobile tablets and scan guns


* Experience with inventory control software
