Manager/Sr. Manager, eCommerce

Your Job

We are seeking a motivated and strategic B2B eCommerce Manager to drive the growth of our digital sales through key distribution partners.

This individual will work closely with our sales, marketing, and business ops teams to optimize digital strategies, strengthen relationships with distributors, and ensure our products are well-represented and successful across digital channels.

What You Will Do


* Develop and execute digital commerce strategies to grow sales across key B2B distribution partners by partnering with sales leaders.


* Guide customer conversations around digital strategies, tactics, opportunities.


* Align GP needs and customer roadmaps to accelerate learnings and growth.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, category, pricing) to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.


* Establish tailored and measurable eCommerce goals and strategies based on distributor site capabilities to optimize the shopper experience and grow digital sales.

Analyze key metrics to optimize performance.


* Lead eCommerce planning process to ensure appropriate execution plans and accountability is established with key stakeholders and key customers.


* Support driving digital commerce as a customer organization through project work on process, strategy, or frameworks.


* Subject matter expert for content & retail media.

Track competitive activities within the digital marketplace and make recommendations to stay ahead of industry trends.

Share learnings across organization.


* Voice of customer - brings insights and perspectives back to the organization.


* Champion of digital commerce across the organization.

Provides coaching to sales supervisors and individuals.


* Guide L&D team to create tools and trainings to support development of organization.


* Drive internal process improvements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* 3+ years of customer engagement experience


* Experience with putting together executable and measurable plans


* Desired analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


* Willing to travel 25%
