In this role, you will:


* Define and execute the overall Gen AI strategy, designing scalable architectures, managing data pipelines, and selecting appropriate models to align with business needs.


* Lead the development, deployment, and performance optimization of Gen AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring ethical AI practices.


* Algorithm Development and Prototyping: Develop components of the platform’s Generative AI capabilities, with a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Agentic workflows, and other state-of-the-art generative techniques.

Design and implement advanced algorithms to enable innovative AI features in the platform.

Rapidly build prototypes to experiment with new algorithms, techniques, and open-source technologies.


* System Design and Performance Optimization: Build and optimize large-scale backend systems, taking throughput and latency into account.

Apply performance optimization techniques,


* including parallel processing, stream processing, and asynchronous I/O to improve the efficiency and scalability of the platform.


* Code Review and Refactoring: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code.

Read and digest existing codebases, perform code reviews, and refactor code to improve modularity, performance, and maintainability.


* Implement Evaluation and Diagnostics tools: Implement evaluation, logging, and tracing mechanisms, such as the Atlas-Trust foundation, to facilitate debugging, diagnostics, and performance tracking of the platform.


* Demo Development: Develop demos to showcase new features and the latest product innovations to collaborators and potential customers.
