In this role, you will:


* Provide support to Data & Analytics technology implementations and associated upgrades enabled within the region and in some cases global as appropriate for the region.


* Provide leadership and oversight to managed service partners supporting the Data & Analytics organization.


* Work directly with BI Delivery teams, business partners and Engineering & Applications peers to validate and execute prioritized incidents and enhancements for regional and global developments.


* Capture and refine business requirements for small enhancements leveraging development artefacts for gathering requirements and estimating effort through to delivery.


* Translate non-functional and functional requirements for small enhancements ensuring solution aligns with business goals and IT – Data & Analytics processes while also providing enterprise information consistently.
