The Senior Manager – AFC Capital leads a team which develops and delivers Capital Engineering solutions for the Adult and Feminine Care business teams.

The primary accountabilities include leading/managing people in the pursuit of developing and executing Adult and Feminine Care Capital projects as needed and defined by the business unit.  These projects can range in scope from incremental capacity to surgical innovation upgrades, to replacement of obsolete systems.   In addition to being the team’s subject matter expert in the capital processes, this role will both need to build capability with the capital engineers as well as influence internally across all levels of the organization and drive collaboration across functions/departments.

* Own and monitor processes to ensure excellence in delivering and executing capital projects for AFC equipment and plants


* Support the KCNA Technical Service Provider strategy to ensure Personal Care business needs for value, speed to market, and quality are met.


* Drive continuous improvements in areas of responsibility and within the PMP process.  Ensure Corporate Financial Instructions and Project Management Practices knowledge is consistently applied across the team


* Support the launch and post launch of capital programs, problem tracking and issue resolution around these technologies.


* Manage people and financial resources effectively to deliver AFC and platform specific business plans.


* Ensure all work complies with corporate safety, regulatory, product safety and sustainability requirements.


* Protect and defend K-C proprietary technology and products through appropriate use of patents and trade secrets and effective protection of proprietary information.
