The Innovation and Claims Strategist role is focused on leading efforts to showcase and communicate product innovation to retailers and consumers to meet the targeted Baby and Child Care business objectives. 

In this role you will:


* Present product innovation at retail customer meetings. 


* Partner with cross-functional innovation team members to develop and substantiate product claims.


* From an R&E perspective, lead claim workshops and sprints.

Continuous Improvement workshops to identify opportunities to drive improvements in the process, improving overall value to the business.    


* Lead efforts to build capability of team members across the brands, ensuring team members have a strong base knowledge of innovation claim accountabilities.
