Job Type: Full-time

Rate: $19-$21/hr plus overtime if applicable 

Location: Hybrid from home and in office Hagerstown, MD

Primary Responsibilities Include:


* Manage orders keyed by Customer Service and Business Solutions.


* Perform quality control on Residential and Business orders.


* Assit Customer service and Business Solutions with order keying and questions.


* Assist in managing Residential and Business customers and accounts for telephony services in telephone portal.


* Assist Dispatch and Field Techs with any installation and/or trouble call issues or concerns.


* Assist in troubleshooting with tech support, dispatch, field techs and business sales.

The successful Broadband Order Specialist has:


* Good computer skills--proficient with Word, Excel, and cable billing system 


* Ability to multi- task and meet scheduling deadlines


* Can communicate effectively with all levels and can educate customers/ sell company service 


* Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-energy environment.


* Ability to work closely with team members and cross-functional departments.


* Quickly identify and address issues as they arise, adapting to changes and maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.


* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
