Payroll Specialist

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, full time position.

This is a hybrid position and will work out of 7974 UW Health Ct., Madison WI when in the office.

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to:


* Review audit report to verify the accuracy of employee timecard reports.


* Enter and review changes to employee timecard reports to update employee payroll checks with retroactive adjustments submitted by Departments.


* Review various reports to verify the accuracy of employee payroll checks.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma or equivalent Required


* Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Preferred

Work Experience



* 1 year of relevant office, accounting, or payroll experience Required


* 2 years of experience in payroll processing Preferred


* Experience with electronic timekeeping systems Preferred
