Strategy and Operations Leader

Summary of job

This position requires someone to set the vision and drive operational excellence to our strategic customers.

This leader needs to drive alignment between the sales, execution, LOB and country teams through thought leadership, being a disruptor and bringing measured value to our accounts.

With a topline of €2.6B, circa 2023, looking to double that topline over the next 5 years.The C&I Strategy & Operations leader is accountable for the strategy formulation & execution, the roll out and continuous improvement of relevant programs addressing the C&I GTM and Segment saturation.

The role encompass the ownership for key company process such as AMSP, EU handshake and building the strategic roadmap.

The candidate will identify the key business enablers and in collaboration with rest of Commercial & Industrial team ensure the correct commercial deployment.

Key responsibilities

Driving the overall segment prioritization for Secure Power to determine which segments we should invest / support / deprioritize

Leverage emerging trend of Network Edge and Industry 4.0 to jumpstart SE presence in key industrial segments

Strategy formulation

• Define long term and short term strategy

• Identify key enablers for channel & segment growth

• Market and competitor intelligence/Analysis and PAM analysis

• Performce reporting and dashboard creation

• Regional alignment & execution

• Strategic programs globally and regionally to be initiated and governed

• Building the strategy file with refresh of PAM and market share

Segment saturation program (in collaboration with segment BD and global segment team)

• Scope definition of new segment focus with applications drivers for saturation

• End user ecosystem mapping focusing on strategic account with particular focus on IT/OT convergence

• Ideal set up of central team vs operations (commercial coverage)

• Performance measurement definition & reporting

Lead and manage the Global Program Managers to ensure they have the appropriate competencies to meet customer's expectations

• Develop and implement a high-performance culture

• Ensure execution of talent management initiatives including diversifying the talent pool and promoting intra- and inter-entity mobility

Other transversal activities

• Preparation and consolidation of performance management review: MPR/CR, QBR, Program Review

• Drive the AMSP leading to the definition or clear, easy and applicable initiative.

Consolidation of ambitions all along the cycle leading to final cut between top down and bottom up sign off

• EU handshake as continuous process aiming the improvement of Secure Power and C&I share of business

• Team cadences and team events

• Governance with key stakeholders (LoB, Marketing,CTO office, Segment leads, Regional leads)

Qualifications

PROFILE/EXPERIENCE
