Fellow CRM Architect

The Fellow CRM Architect leads the solution architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM platform within the MedTech ecosystem.

• 10 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on CRM systems.

• Demonstrable experience in setting and guiding the strategic direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, integrating enterprise ecosystems.

• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and its integration with Dynamics 365.

• Experience in integrating CRM systems with Supply Chain/ERP systems and enterprise data platforms, particularly in a MedTech context.
