Business Support Coordinator

The Business Support Function role provides critical operational support across various business processes, with a focus on SAP system management, sales orders, distribution, and compliance.

This role involves managing and approving GRC requests, addressing sales order and invoicing issues, coordinating with IT for technical challenges, and ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of workflows.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with departments across J&J

What you will be doing:


* Act as GRC role owner and approver in systems like RPE, APO, and BPE.


* Solve issues with sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices within the same day to avoid shipment delays.


* Work closely with shipping teams, compliance teams, and other relevant stakeholders.


* Manage workflows to ensure all pending tasks are processed


* Create and share reports with the finance departments to provide visibility into pending workflows


* Ensure month-end closing documents and reports are completed and shared on time.


* Raise requests and coordinate with IT to address technical issues, root cause analysis, and user feedback.


* Support system-related updates and changes through user acceptance testing (UAT).


* Provide systems support for various projects.


* Guide team members through process flows and address general project-related queries.


* Coordinate contract discussions with legal teams, particularly for external customer contracts


* Handle change requests related to system and process improvements.


* Engage with departments such as Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Deliver and Compliance to resolve operational challenges.

We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements:


* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required in the related field of Supply chain.


* A minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.


* Experience in medical device, consumer or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.


* Ability to build strong collaborative relationships (externally & internally)


* Ability to set clear priorities, problem solving, and influence decisions effectively is required


* Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
