Purpose of the role

As Learning & Development Manager, you will be a key strategic partner in fostering a culture of continuous learning, excellence and belonging.

You will design and implement transformational learning experiences that align with our organizational goals, prioritising people, teams, culture and performance across marketing, sales, and medical affairs.
