Maintenance Supervisor

Your Job

Guardian Glass is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Richburg, SC!

In this role, you will provide the operations teams with knowledge, guidance, and project management to improve plant operational and reliability performance.

What You Will Do


* Manage the preventative maintenance program for the coater department


* Schedule plan downtime and equipment upgrades


* Interact with contractors, vendors, and internal SS&P


* Manage the diagnosis of equipment problems, determine repair/replacement needs of machinery, tear down, repair/replace defective parts and reassemble equipment


* Develop employees to improve individual and organizational performance


* Lead performance management and corrective action processes


* Investigate and recommend purchase of equipment and supplies

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Maintenance, maintenance planning, reliability or engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's degree in engineering


* Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing facility


* Experience with vacuum equipment and magnetron sputtering
