Job responsibilities


* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions


* Document and collaborate with product owners, support specialists, trainers, and engineers to produce high-quality technical documentation for our products and services.

This could include user guides, technical API documentation, FAQs, system manuals, technical specifications, training materials, and more.


* Provide Product Support: Work closely with our product and development teams to translate technical specifications into user-friendly, understandable content.

Play a key role in the product design process by ensuring user-centricity in the documentation.


* Provide User Support: Develop documentation to aid our support specialists in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Create resources such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.


* Work on training material development: Assist in the development of effective training materials for clients.

This includes writing scripts for video tutorials, creating slide decks for webinars, and drafting handouts for in-person training sessions.


* Handle Quality Assurance: Review documentation to ensure it is clear, concise, and user-friendly.

Perform ongoing updates to existing documentation to ensure they remain accurate and relevant.
