We are actively recruiting and
interviewing for future positions in Field Services to help us unlock further commercial
value for our business.
What will you do? (fill in - the job responsibilities, day to day of the job)
• Review accuracy and completeness in booking requirements of incoming
Purchase Order as endorsed by Sales Team
• Follow-up with Sales Team any missing detail or discrepancy in the Purchase
Order to be booked
• Book incoming orders from case queue and service now database
• Trigger invoice based on the payment terms
• Generate corresponding Service Contract/ Work Order
• Assist requests from Operations, Finance, and LogisticsWho would be successful?
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in Order Management is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, under pressure and minimum
supervision
• Able to multi-task effectively, organized, with good prioritization system
• Good attention to details, high commitment to quality output
