Business Offer Manager - Motor Management

We are looking for an experienced Business Offer Manager to be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive the profitable growth of Motor management application products in the Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

What will you do?
This key position is responsible for growing the business by developing the product offer, analyzing the market, pricing, competitors, setting targets and providing support to the commercial teams.


* Acting as the primary business interface advocate and decision maker for product marketing strategy and execution


* Developing and implementing annual marketing plan and/or strategic plans to push product, solution and services.


* Working closely with sales managers to ensure that country strategic objectives are achieved.


* Through knowledge of motor management applications and segments


* Master the offer and channel environment.


* Develop target customers in Industrial Buildings, Industry segment markets for the relevant offers.


* Drive the digital transformation of motor management products and solutions.


* Confirm existing strategies and identify new market segments, channels and business models.


* Work with regional Category team and Global Offer Managers to define and execute the future roadmap, which is relevant for the country, including launches and withdrawals.


* Work with local Marketing team and Global Offer managers to develop localized sales support communication and promotion materials.


* Delivering trainings and presentations for internal and external audiences


* Creating the data-driven decision-making processes in product marketing sphere (pricing, stock management, competition analysis)


* Own the Pricing/Positioning of the offers in line with global and local guidelines- Cost/Gross Margin/Price analysis.


* Take part in Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning process.


* Gather and analyze actionable Competitor Intelligence and analysis.

Qualifications



* Electrical/Electronic engineering / business tertiary qualification, in line with portfolio requirements.


* At least 5-8 years of experience in a related field.

Proven ability to manage a similar portfolio (motor management application products and solutions) in the past would be a huge plus.


* Good knowledge of Marketing fundamentals (4Ps).

Willingness to think outside the box and try new things.


* Relevant project, product, or people management experience (direct or indirect).


* Understand both commercial and business units, understand the electrical industry.


* Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills are necessary.

Good presentation skills.


* Very comfortable in using Microsoft tools.


* Ability to work in a matrix organization environment with frequent interaction with Country top Management.
