Production Associate II

What will you do?


* Read blueprints and diagrams


* Use of hand tools


* Some crane lift operation


* Attention to detail


* Participate in general housekeeping (5S) duties within work area


* Perform general preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on area equipment as needed


* Cross-train and rotate through various stations within the department as needed to provide additional support


* Report material and equipment problems to the appropriate personnel


* Participate in meetings to resolve production issues and interface with other shifts and support groups as needed


* Installing hinges and door panels onto the structure


* Installing units into the structure


* Installing different label/ nameplates


* Other duties as assigned.

* General knowledge of manufacturing and hand tools


* Basic computer skills


* Good dexterity


* A sense of organization


* Ability to prioritize against business needs.
