Nurse Recruiter - RN Required
Work Schedule :
80% FTE (32 hours per week), Day Shift.
Will have one consistent day off during the work week.
This is a hybrid position for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

We are seeking a Nurse Recruiter to:
* Attract, screen, source and efficiently hire the best qualified RN candidates who embrace UW Health's mission and values.
* Develop and implement both traditional and creative recruitment strategies to attract top-talent to assure staffing needs are achieved.
* Participate in internal and external recruitment events - occasional travel required.
* Work collaboratively with a team of nurse recruiters and leaders throughout UW Health.

Qualifications
* Graduate of school of nursing Required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
Work Experience
* 3 years of relevant RN experience Required
* 5 years of relevant RN experience Preferred
* Experience with recruitment and selection Preferred
* Previous management experience Preferred
* Nurse Recruiter experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* Licensure as a Registered Nurse Required
