This position reports into the Head of Hungary and is based in Budapest, Hungary.

What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Key Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers in the Modern Trade channel, like Rossmann, DM, Müller, and Spar.

Senior KAM will be also responsible to manage 5 FTE team .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business relationships with key Modern Trade clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales, profitability, and market share.

• Negotiate terms, promotional activities, and long-term agreements with key accounts.

• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, demand planners, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of customer plans.

• Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

• Understand PnL elements and with high focus on profitability improvement and proactively identify and flag potential risks and opportunities

• Ensure that all agreements and activities with key accounts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

• Focus on seeking business development opportunities

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 years) in Key Account Management, particularly within the Modern Trade channel.

• Experience managing large accounts such as Rossmann, DM, Müller, and Spar.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-development company, and results-oriented environment.

• Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge.

• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
