This position reports into Product Group Leader Shared Services and is based at Manila, Philippines or Bangaluru, India GCC.

What you will do

The TPO is responsible for managing and maintaining the Genesys Cloud application used by our shared services associates globally.

As the TPO, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the application and providing excellent customer service to Kenvue associates in the contact center using the application for all their inbound and outbound calling requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining and configuring the products of ServiceNow (Case management) and Genesys Cloud (Telephony) used by our shared services centers.

• Collaborate and partner with telephony and case management infrastructure/networking and platform teams within Kenvue to identify and implement innovative case management telephony solutions to enhance the agent and employee experience with ServiceNow and Genesys Cloud.

• Support our shared service operations within the region by coordinate with the agents and the back-office teams who are providing services to our employees and external partners.

• Develop and maintain the shared services domains within Kenvue Genesys Cloud instance to support the operations of contact center at our captive and outsourced contact centers around the globe.

Ensure Kenvue associates can successfully use the Genesys voice widget to receive inbound and make outbound phone calls using Genesys voice solutions.

• Build and maintain integrations with Genesys or 3 rd party connector with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Design (HRSD) and Procurement S2P modules.

• Hands on experience with integrating Genesys and or ServiceNow with other NLP tools/other speech to text services from AWS Connect or Google Dialog Flow etc.

• Perform quick POC's to demonstrate new features to business owners and accelerate time from design to development.

• Be the Tech and Data Site Lead for the contact center in Manila supporting all of APAC countries for shared services.
