Purpose: 

Reporting to the Logistics Lead for Family Care & Professional (IFP), this position is responsible for the timely deployment of orders for our top customers to ensure an efficient supply chain exists through collaborating on forecasting and replenishment planning.

Job Description


* Responsible for the timely deployment of orders to ensure the delivery of high level of stock availability in DCs and maintain the right SS


* Generate and analyse weekly and monthly KPI reports (Millicent shipment by week, Daily CFR, Millicent codes missed on deployment


* Prepares weekly order plan (shortfalls, availability, KPI measures on miss) and customer collaboration reports as input to the weekly and fortnightly customer meetings.

* Managing back orders


* Work with the strategic distributors, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure clear and open communication between the Professional team and distributors


* Publish timely and accurate KPI and supply risk reports to enable effective decision making for distributors and commercial teams


* Assist Logistics Lead with the project/initiatives to achieve business goals

Requirements


* Prior experience in a similar Planning position and ideally from the FMCG industry


* Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.


* Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques to predict future inventory requirements accurately


* Experience working with cross-functional teams, ability to manage multiple stakeholders cross functionally, and able to articulate and identify business priorities, drivers, risks and opportunities
