We are looking to welcome Nightshift Warehouse Assistants to join our amazing Fulfilment Team in Glasgow.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Expected start date, 2nd November 2024.
• £12 per hour, additional nightshift allowance of £2.25 per hour paid between the hours of 10pm to 6am.
• 24 hours weekly, working 4 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.
• Working hours are between 10pm - 10am, approx..

working 6 hours daily.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Proven experience in utilising technical equipment. 
• Proven record of applying and taking personal initiatives. 
• Computer literate. 
• Ability to make things happen in a fast-paced omnichannel environment. 
• Experienced in following action plans and working methods through guidance from manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Effectively perform and support processes in the Warehouse, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity. 
• Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility. 
• Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products. 
• Contribute to optimized daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way, applying, and sharing good examples.
