Brand & Shopper Activation Trainee

Location: Warsaw, Poland

As Brand & Shopper Activation Trainee you will be a part of the team responsible for top Kenvue OTC brands in Poland.

You will report to Brand & Shopper Activation Lead.

What You Will Do:


* Participating in the day-to-day business in brand and shopper management of top OTC brands (Nicorette, Sudafed, Imodium, Aveeno)


* Supporting the activities of Brand & Shopper Managers in the implementation of long- and short-term projects as well as daily operational activities


* Supporting activities related to the development of new products and brands' relaunches


* Cooperation with internal and external partners in the preparation and approval of promotional materials


* Supporting marketing campaigns by ongoing coordination of assigned tasks


* Supporting digital activities including e-com


* Preparing analyses, reports and presentations based on the provided data


* Preparing market analysis and brand presentations


* Close cooperation with stakeholders from different areas (Digital & Media Team, Sales Team, E-com Team, Demand Planning etc.) to achieve assigned goals


* Independent implementation of projects (also cross-functional)

* Very good knowledge of English & Polish
