The AFM will support Physician Program Directors initiatives and activities related to fellowship physicians and programs.

The primary focus of this role will be to build relationships by working closely with fellowship programs and multiple stakeholders to develop, execute and assess effectiveness of fellow education programs.

The AFM will work closely alongside professional education, field sales and clinical teams to determine training gaps and unmet needs in fellows' education and create experiences for additional engagement.

Fellowship programs to include: Interventional Cardiology, Adult Heart Failure, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Critical Care/Anesthesiology, Cardiology.
Key Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision, general direction, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position will be responsible for:

+ Implement fellowship program engagement strategy for fellowship programs in aligned segment with input from multiple stakeholders including Physician Program Directors, Professional Education and Commercial Team.
+ Promote and deliver educational content for fellows in collaboration with clinical team and KOL's in the Cardiovascular space.

Programs should incorporate stakeholder input and support including Health Care Compliance, Medical Science, Commercial Marketing, and fellowship program directors.
