payment SPECIALIST emea WITH GERMAN

Primary Location : Prague, Czech Republic Contract: Full time, permanent

The Payment Specialist for EMEA will collaborate to ensure that the Regional GS (Global Services) Procurement Payments & Experience organisation delivers results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives.

The role works directly with the business, GS Procurement Source-to-Contract team, and the broader procurement function to ensure a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when engaging with the procurement process.

The Payment Specialist serves as an established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision.

The role helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's strategy and applies practical knowledge of the Payments function to administer best-of-class policies, procedures, and plans.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:


* Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Payments function.

Delivering based upon the agree SLAs and ensuring policy, tax, local and legal statutory compliance


* Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.


* Collaborates with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organizations profitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligence and risk assessments.


* Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned area of responsibility.


* Supports development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility.


* Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and peers with a view to pro-actively understand and constructively influence their needs and expectations.


* Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
