Main responsibilities: 


* Lead the development and execution of the IT Commercial Excellence Strategy in support of  EM Segment  



* Accountable for Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Growth Management , Retail Execution and Shopper Engagement Products‘ s delivery and as well as for the support and availability on existing applications in these  domains   



* Develop SBP and Technology investment plans for EM  Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing plans 



* Business Enablement: Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO 



* Acts as a disruptive change agent focused on transformation for today and tomorrow.

Delivers right mix of operations, delivery, strategy and innovation.
