Industrialization Intern (Summer 2025)

Schneider Electric has a new opportunity for a Summer 2025 Industrialization Intern.

The selected candidate will join our team based in Foxborough, MA or Lake Forest, CA.

You will work with a team responsible for introducing new offers in manufacturing plants, working alongside design centers.

This position will be under the direction of a full-time Test Engineer or Electronics Engineer.

What will you do?


* Assist in the Development of new equipment, project managing and technical support for NPI


* Collaborating with product design teams to optimize designs for manufacturability and scalability.


* Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems for new products.


* Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments for new manufacturing processes.


* Optimizing production layouts and workflow for efficiency and quality.


* Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Current student pursing a degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field


* Local to Lake Forest, CA or Foxborough, MA.

This position does not provide relocation.

For this California based position, the expected compensation range starts at $22 per hour.

The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States.

Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
