Java Subject Matter Expert (SME)

About the Role: As a Java Subject Matter Expert, you will be the go-to person for in-depth knowledge and guidance on Java technologies within the organization.

Your expertise will be instrumental in providing technical know-how, solving complex challenges, and driving best practices in Java.

Responsibilities:


* Analyze the current Java landscape within the organization and identify usage


* Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to identify alternative solutions and map out target landscape


* Provide technical expertise and guidance on Java technologies and best practices


* Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical issues


* Assist in the evaluation and selection of Java-related tools, frameworks, and platforms


* Conduct research and analysis on emerging Java technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

Key Skills Required:


* Extensive experience in Java development and architecture


* Deep understanding of enterprise Java applications and frameworks


* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


* Ability to lead and influence technical decisions


* Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Desirable Skills:

Educational Qualifications:


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field


* Relevant certifications in Java development and architecture
