This role is responsible for administering time and attendance for our US based plants.

The role requires detail orientation, the ability to multitask, and agility to move in a fast-paced environment.

A successful candidate will have a customer centric approach and the ability to create and maintain excellent working relationships with other employees, supervisors, the Payroll group and our HR community.

Essential Functions:


* Assist supervisors with Kronos timecard maintenance, schedule maintenance and their knowledge of the Kronos application.


* Assist HR with Kronos person record maintenance.


* Ensure timecards are processed accurately by reviewing and balancing hours for Hourly employees


* Act as a resource to managers regarding time and attendance/payroll inquiries.


* Act as a resource to managers regarding the Kronos application.


* Act as a resource to plant's HR manager/HRBP regarding plant specific policies and how it relates to time and attendance


* Ensure pay checks are accurate.


* Ensure interpretation of collective agreements and company policies are implemented and adhered to appropriately.


* Assist with ad hoc projects.


* Perform other duties as requested by Manager


* Act as subject matter expert of the Kronos application and test new configuration when necessary.


* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and SQL (database applications)
