The Position

Your department

Join our CDx Pharma Services team, consisting of an international group of clinical scientists, laboratory experts, data managers and pathologists.

Our team performs the validation and application of biomarker assays for testing clinical samples in an accredited CDx laboratory.

 

Your team

We have recently established a new laboratory in Penzberg, which meets internationally recognized quality standards.

As Technician / Bachelor's  / Master's in Clinical Laboratory (m/f/d), you work with your colleagues in this newly organized team to analyze clinical samples for our pharma partners and patients using innovative, treatment-associated assays.

 

Your goals and tasks

Controlled processing of clinical samples in the laboratory:


* You perform independent histopathological techniques on clinical samples (ICH, ISH).


* You ensure that complex tests of liquid biopsies (serum, plasma) are performed by immunoanalysis on automated laboratory systems (Cobas).

Management of laboratory processes: 


* You are responsible for the laboratory infrastructure and coordinate the facility management. 


* You are in direct contact with laboratory IT / LIMS / SAP and interact with IT Service

Professional cooperation in an international team of English-speaking colleagues

 

Your ideal conditions


* You have a master's / diploma or bachelor's / technical degree in biology, biotechnology, histology, chemistry or other life sciences. 


* You have at least 2 years of professional experience in clinical or diagnostic laboratory operations with good knowledge of histopathology and immunoassays on automated laboratory systems.


* You have a sense of responsibility and motivation to perform/document test routines according to the quality standards of an accredited laboratory.


* You have already gained some experience in the regulated operation of a clinical laboratory, e.g.

SOP and CAPA management.


* You show great interest in IT-relevant topics (Google Workspace, software and hardware of automated laboratory equipment and laboratory information systems). 


* Your very good written and spoken English and German skills enable you to work with international colleagues
