Wymondham, Norfolk

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) hours and work pattern negotiable

Salary up to £32,000 plus on-call shift payment of £14.30 per session and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Want to lead a team that really cares and empowers customers to live their best life? As our Senior Client Services Manager, you’ll lead our Wymondham team to deliver person centred housing related support and make it a Great Place To Work for our colleagues!  You’ll manage our service which is part of the hostel move on agreement in South Norfolk, supporting people to move from street homelessness into their own tenancy.

Typical day as a Senior Client Service Manager 


* Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.


* Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service


* Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately


* Managing the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners


* Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service

You have  


* The people skills to take others with you, to help others grow as well as the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned to our values


* The understanding of where our customers are in their life and have the passion to advocate for them. 


* Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment


* Experience of people management


* Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers  


* To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.

Our team

You’ll join our Operations Manager Naomi, who’s been at Home Group for eleven years now, and even longer in the sector so she knows a thing or two about housing! Naomi is also mum to three boys, and when she's not at work she is normally watching them play football, paddle-boarding or various activities to burn off their energy.

There's loads going on in the service for you to get your team involved with, from podcasts to puzzles to gardening projects for our customers.
