A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.


* Take accurate food and beverage orders over the phone or through digital platforms.


* Ensure that orders are entered correctly into the system and communicated to the kitchen staff.


* Provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.


* Confirm guest preferences and dietary restrictions to tailor the dining experience.


* Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.


* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.


* Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and hotel services.


* Assist in the preparation and setup of in-room dining trays and presentation.


* Uphold cleanliness and organization in the in-room dining area and equipment.

What we need from you


* This job requires ability to handle multiple incoming calls.


* Arabic speakers are preferred.


* Minimum of one (1) year experience in 5-star hotel or similar environment.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


* Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings.


* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking.


* A friendly and positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.


* Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant technology.


* Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when recording orders, completing paperwork, etc.


* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
