Energy Systems Specialist

What will you do?


* Set up and adapt CBMS/ACT Meter Systems, including the following:
+ Configuring regulated and contract charges
+ Setting up charge exclusions
+ Defining meter attributes
+ Managing CalcVals, sub-buckets, and interval schedules
+ Handling currentcy and unit of measure settings
+ Implementing calculators and time-of-use/loss schedules


* Respond to regulation or market changes by adapting meter systems accordingly


* Set up contracts within ACT for additional services


* Follow standard protocols for system build-outs or adaptations


* Troubleshoot and resolve calculation errors


* Use Service Desk ticketing system to track system adaptations and resolve issues reported by other teams

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required


* Minimum of 2 years' professional experience with a demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and analytical tasks required


* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specific to calculations, and computer technology


* Ability to read and understand energy tariffs and contracts is preferred
