In this strategic role, you will work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, drive talent management processes, and foster a high-performance culture within the organization.

You will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities


* Serve as a trusted HR advisor and strategic partner to the Commercial and Hubs business units by providing expert guidance on HR-related issues and initiatives.


* Collaborate with managers to establish and meet performance objectives, providing guidance on performance management processes and coaching for continuous improvement.


* Collaborate with both regional and local team from various Business Units (BU) to drive transformation initiatives for the respective BUs.


* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity through effective feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.


* Drive local learning & development programs that build leadership capabilities, technical skills, and a learning culture within the organization.


* Collaborate with colleagues in other human resources function (Center of Expertise, Talent Acquisition and HR Services) on relevant initiatives implementation on site.


* Country SPOC for either Talent & Learning or Engagement & Culture topics for Schneider Electric Malaysia.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.


* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and talent management strategies.


* Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.


* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


* Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
