Key Responsibilities:


* Evaluate residents' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities


* Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed


* Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques


* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:


* Valid state license as a Physical Therapist


* Strong clinical and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate and patient-centered approach


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
