Nordic Baltic Customer Experience & Analytics Manager

We are currently seeking for a Nordic Baltic Customer Experience & Analytics Manager to drive our digital customer experience forward in the Nordic Baltic region and lead our newly established Sales & Marketing Insights & Analytics team.

You will be working for the Nordic Baltic Zone reporting to the Nordic Baltic Digital Marketing Director based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.

In this role you will be joining us on our exciting journey towards a more sustainable future.

You will be responsible for customer journey strategies that drive our customer experience forward across multiple businesses.

You will also lead our newly established Insights & Analytics team, dedicated to interpreting data on sales & marketing performance and turning it into actionable insights and recommendations for the commercial organization to drive real best-in-class business results.

As a person, you are eager to understand and learn about the business, our commercial organization and our customers.

You take pride in designing digital customer journeys together with your commercial stakeholders and the Digital Marketing team, and you know how to animate and engage your colleagues through data driven insights.

You take action to optimize the customer journey to drive customer engagement, across platforms, marketing campaigns, product experiences and sales and partner interfaces.

What will you do:

You will be working in a newly established team within Digital Marketing and engage daily with the Nordic Baltic Marketeers, Channel Managers, Offer Managers, Business developers and other colleagues both locally but also globally.

Furthermore, you will lead a team of minimum five Marketing Business Analyst, based in Barcelona, Spain dedicated to the Nordic Baltic zone.
