JOB DESCRIPTION

Ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong background in P&C underwriting product knowledge, business and data analysis who is eager to work with large complex datasets in a big data environment.

You are adept at implementing prefill data solutions for P&C products using external data sources and machine learning models.

You have a critical eye for perceiving actionable insights from multitude of data sources ranging from structured and unstructured.

Primary Job Responsibilities:


* Lead the development and integration of B360 APIs with Marketplace and Duckcreek underwriting systems.


* Work independently with underwriting product managers and business partners to analyze underwriting questions and determine the best external sources and ML solutions for answering them.


* Publish monthly digital KPI reports on B360 data/models hit rate and fill rate, identifying and addressing any issues.


* Conduct detailed analysis on hit rate and fill rate to assess the effectiveness of the digital data solution.


* Champion SCI Digital transformation and actively participate in Digital Underwriting Squad ceremonies and meetings.


* Establish themselves as a trusted and valued resource for the Marketplace team in relation to 3rd party data and ML model integrations.


* Work closely with the Marketplace Squads to prioritize platform changes and contribute to improvements.


* Collaborate with Duckcreek technical resources to design and deliver product prefill solutions ensuring proper API usage tracking and no vendor data cost overages


* Serve as a subject matter expert for B360 data, specifically Location 360, providing valuable expertise and knowledge to the team.


* Mentor and lead other team members, providing support and reviewing their work product.


* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions.
