Job Summary

As the first contact for internal and external clients of the company, the individual in this position is required to project a positive and professional customer service experience.

Greets and directs visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Performs miscellaneous clerical tasks to support business development, marketing, and accounting within the office.

Training will be provided on specific systems (i.e.

timecard entry, accounting tasks, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

1.

Assists with other clerical work as needed.
2.

Greets and directs visitors, provides visitor badges, ensures sign-in process is complete, and provides assistance to visitors.
3.

Maintains the operation of the front desk/lobby, which includes ensuring back up coverage.
4.

Performs various computer applications (data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
5.

Process employee timecards and status changes.
6.

Assist with preparation and processing of expense reports and travel booking.
7.

Monitoring and processing incoming/outgoing mail and packages, ensuring cleanliness of conference room and general office area, setup conference room for meetings, order meals for key meetings, taking inventory and ordering of office supplies.
8.

Assist with marketing/proposal efforts as needed.
3.

Assist with processing of invoices as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements

1.

2+ years in a similar role.
2.

2+ years in customer service/office skills.
3.

High School Diploma required.
4.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs.

May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis

Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
