EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution


* Formal training and in-depth experience in cost accounting, financial accounting, local, state, and federal tax regulations, and financial analysis & reporting


* Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

* Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements


* Sound judgment and appropriate level of risk for the situation at hand


* Expert user of Microsoft Office products


* Experience with Epicor, Oracle, and Hyperion a plus
