Kenvue is searching for a Multi Enterprise Collaboration (MEC) Project Manager.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Smart Ops and on a matrix reporting structure to the MEC Project Director.

The role of the MEC Project Manager involves overseeing the implementation and rollout of the MEC solution as it relates to planning processes across the EMEA region.

This role is expected to lead and provide input to the MEC project to ensure successful implementation of the global solution for all Supply Chain Planning processes while considering the country specific localizations.

The MEC Project Manager will:

Be responsible and accountable for verification and feedback of the Supply Chain Planning Process across all countries for BRs

Ensure that the business requirements are defined for the solution, that progress is communicated within the business community, and that the solution meets design requirements.

• Acts as the single point of contact for Supply Chain Planning Processes on the design, build, validation and launch of the MEC process.

• Provides requirements for detailed design for the gaps identified during the design phase and review and verification of the build of those gaps.

• Provides input to the test and training team as it relates to the Supply Chain Planning Process in MEC for their respective deliverables.

• Provides input to the change management and deployment team on the business cutover during go-live of different regions as it relates to the EMEA Supply Chain Planning Processes.

• Provides support during the Launch and Hypercare phase of the MEC project for all countries for BR1 - BR4 as it relates to the Supply Chain Planning Process and functional areas.

• Collaborate closely with the different regions to come up with comprehensive scaling plans for both EM and Suppliers.

Make sure that the selection of suppliers and EM aligns with the Supply Chain Global Strategy.

• Act as Planning business interface with the program team.

• Perform, complete, and approve UAT.

• Prepare and present Supply Chain Planning project updates at EMEA Governance forums.

• Expected to support business process improvements as it relates to the implementation of MEC into day-to-day operations.

• Use strong business knowledge, technical skills, and sound judgment to effectively assess risk, develop contingencies and determine when to elevate issues.
