Payments Planning and Analysis- Senior Associate

The Payments P&A Team supports the Payments organization and plays a critical role in the infrastructure and capabilities that enable payments solutions for our clients globally.

The team is engaged in both supporting day-to-day business objectives, as well as shaping the strategic vision of the business, working with a wide range of product teams (Treasury Services, Merchant Services, Trade & Working Capital, etc.) and functional partners (CIB P&A, Business Managers, Controllers, Technology, Operations, etc.).

This is a highly visible role across the Payments organization with exposure to the CEO and CFO of the business and requires the candidate to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leads.

We are looking for a candidate who has substantial experience in P&A that can manage critical deliverables in a fast-paced environment, collaborate and lead a diverse set of stakeholders, think strategically, and communicate in a concise and thoughtful manner.

Responsibilities:


* Lead and assist in creation of senior management presentation and reviews (e.g.

Investor Day materials, business reviews, off-sites etc.)


* Develop essential management Information for decision support (e.g.

analysis of competitor information and development of any strategic responses)


* Ingest and analyze financial results (e.g.

revenues, expenses, headcount) and communicate to business leads in way that allows for actionable insights that can impact business performance


* Support shaping and execution of strategic initiatives as well as ad-hoc requests


* Assist in digital transformation agenda - create self-serve interactive financial dashboards


* Maintain and improve monthly reporting models related to P&L forecasting & budgeting as well as understanding the drivers of the business for both historical and projected period

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred


* Minimum 5 years of experience within Financial Services; Experience with payments & liquidity preferred
