Physical Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team.

As a Physical Therapist at Western Slope Health Center, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating residents, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:


* Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.


* Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.


* Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.


* Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle changes to support ongoing recovery.


* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:


* Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California


* Proven experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.


* Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
